They canceled our reservation on New Years Eve ... and left us stranded 3 hrs from our home and pretty much acted as oh well ... poor you !! No room... No Compassion... Couldn't care less ... Totally miss treated us . And to top things off, it was the night we were out celebrating our engagement 💍 and New Years and future life together as a couple !!! Forever ruined our once in a lifetime special / intimate event 😪

Room facilities were good, but we found roaches during the night 🌙. This is not acceptable. First night, we called room service because the remote control was not working, and the front desk representative told me, "You need to come down and pick it up." 😀. Was not the best experience with hotel representatives.

My wife's business had their Christmas party at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wesley Chapel. Great venue! The food was absolutely amazing and everyone was very friendly. Great set up and a nice large room for awards, dancing, and a meal.

This is a really great hotel and is perfectly placed near shopping. Only 23 minutes from the airport and downtown. I highly recommend the hotel. It's extremely clean. The staff are always kind and helpful. I stayed here a few years ago and the hotel looks exactly the same.

Great place to stay for the night off the highway. Made everything easy, hassle-free, simple. Will be asking my leadership to make Hilton our default location to stay when TDY or traveling for future plans.

I love to stay here when traveling for work. But please do something about the room doors. They are so loud when they close. I woke up about 20 times this morning to hearing doors down the hall closing!!!! Still giving it 5 stars but the doors are just ridiculously loud.

Check in was quick & easy! Staff is very pleasant and quick to smile and greet the guests. Lobby and hotel room were very clean and smelled great. Was here for a quick overnight business trip and it is very central to the Wesley Chapel area. Lots of great restaurants near by. Would stay here again.
